As an all volunteer organization we participate in a wide variety of fundraising activities. Our biggest event of the year is our annual dinner dance. On October 25th, 2003 we will host the 5th Annual Charity Ball at the Hyatt in Deerfield, IL. The event features a wonderful
silent auction and live entertainment. For tickets, or sponsorship opportunities for any of our events please call 800-833-2194

Our family is devoted saving Max, and ultimately curing Canavan disease. Thanks to all the generous people who have been moved by Max's story we have been able to direct nearly a-half-a-million dollars towards research projects that have enhanced the lives of children suffering from Canavan disease. Max would not be the miracle child he is today with the medical advances financed in part by our organization.

The mission and goals of this organization have touched many of the Nation's most influential legislators. We have lobbied for funding in Washington, DC. And enlisted the help of local legislators as well. Little Max has already made quite a name for himself on Capitol Hill fighting against Canavan disease!
